From Farmers Market to Target — How Spiceology Scaled with ShipStation

A branded customer story film produced for ShipStation, featuring Spiceology — a spice company that started at a local farmers market in Spokane, Washington and grew into a national brand selling at Target, Walmart, and Costco. The film is built around two of Spiceology's fulfillment team members, Dakota Rochelet and Ned Woodward, who walk through the company's origin story and the operational chaos of scaling shipping manually across multiple carrier websites before adopting ShipStation. Shot on location inside Spiceology's fulfillment warehouse, the visual storytelling grounds the narrative in the real physical work of getting products out the door — wide shots of towering shelving systems, packed orders moving through the floor, and candid interview setups that feel earned rather than staged. The film closes on a simple, credible data point: a team of eight people now ships more than a team of fifteen ever did. Produced by Jay Klein Creative.
